1. Introduction
NEX Pickleball is a leading manufacturer of high-quality pickleball equipment, including paddles, balls, and accessories. We operate from Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China, and partner with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers globally.
2. Orders
2.1 Product Customization
We offer standard and custom pickleball products:
- Light OEM: Custom logos, patterns, and printing.
- Heavy OEM: Full customization, including paddle dimensions, materials, and designs.

2.2 Order Process
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO). All custom requirements must be finalized before production begins. Lead times vary between 10–30 days, depending on order complexity and volume.
2.3 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities apply to custom and wholesale orders. Please contact us for specific details.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 Pricing
Prices are determined based on the selected products, order quantity, and customization options. Discounts may apply for bulk orders.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
- Payment Schedule: Typically, 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
All payments must be made in USD or RMB, as specified in the invoice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Methods
We offer sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Delivery time depends on the shipping method:
- Express Delivery: 5–9 business days.
- Sea Freight: 20–32 business days.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. All shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranties & Returns
5.1 Quality Assurance
Our products undergo rigorous quality control, including impact tests, durability tests, and surface inspections, to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., USAPA certification).
5.2 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments. Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
5.3 Warranty
We provide a limited warranty against material and workmanship defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
NEX Pickleball shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by external factors, such as shipping disruptions or customs clearance.
- Damage arising from improper use or storage of the products.
- Indirect or consequential losses resulting from product use.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, and branding provided by NEX Pickleball remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
For custom designs submitted by clients, the client warrants that they have the rights to use the provided intellectual property.
8. Force Majeure
NEX Pickleball is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
